Supply costs are only estimates and will be determined by the amount of work the student would like to perform. Every effort is made to keep costs at a minimum. All supplies used by the student are priced at cost. Students will be allowed to bring their own specimens after the initial instruction and practice phases are completed within the course outline. All work becomes the property of the student.
Payment Schedule:
- $500.00 due with registration form.
- Remainder of tuition due upon arrival at school.
- Student supply and material costs due upon completion of the course.

Refund Policy:
Registration fee refundable in full 2 weeks prior to start of class. After 2 weeks $200.00 refund for cancellation.
Full refund less $1000.00 after 4 days of instruction. Refund adjusted at the discretion of the school up to 40 hours of instruction No refunds after 40 hours of instruction. Veteran refund policy is compliant with 38 cfr 21.4255 -pro-rata policies. Refunds will not be made for a minimum of 45 days after termination of instruction.
